Amenyo Setordzie leads Gladmen Consulting Limited as its Founder and CEO, driving the firm's strategic vision and pan-African engagement. He brings extensive expertise across accounting, corporate consulting, finance, investing, and venture capital.
In addition to his executive role at GCL, he is a sought-after speaker and advisor, serving on the faculty for specialized entrepreneurship programs. He specializes in structuring complex transactions and fostering growth for established business entities.
Dr. Setordzie is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychometrist. She is a registered member of the Ghana Psychological Council and the Ghana Psychological Association. She holds a PhD in Guidance and Counselling, an M. Phil in Psychology, and two honours degrees in Psychometry and Psychology.
With a career spanning over 12 years, she has a wealth of experience in clinical, industrial, and educational counseling. Her professional background includes tenure with the University of Witwatersrand and serving as the Head of Human Capital at the Surge Consulting Group in Ghana.
Dr. Samuel Azasu is currently Associate Professor and Coordinator of both postgraduate and executive real estate courses and was responsible for the reorganization and relaunch of real estate courses at University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, since 2011.
Professor Azasu has a PhD in Real Estate Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has 21 years’ teaching experience across Sweden, Dubai, and South Africa. His research interests cover Corporate Real Estate Management, Reward Management, and Real Estate Market Analysis.
Philip Gbormittah is a multiple award-winning banker with over a decade of experience in management. He is experienced in driving the financial growth of retail, commercial, and public sector businesses for both partners and international affiliates as a marketing strategist.
He holds an MBA (Banking and Finance) from the Graduate School of Management, Paris, and acquired certificates in Commercial Lending from Moody’s Analytics, London, and 'Unlocking the Immunity to Change' from Harvard University Graduate School. He is an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute.
